Donation and Sponsorship Terms

These terms describe how contributions made to the LifeLex Support for Needy & Deserving People initiative are handled.

Contributions

A contribution sponsors a MoveMinds Roller, a 100ml MoveMinds bottle, a complete support package, or an amount of the supporter's choosing. Contributions are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once a sponsorship has been arranged.

Allocation and availability

Sponsorship arrangements are subject to recipient needs, product availability and therapy-session availability. Where a selected form of support cannot be arranged, LifeLex will direct the contribution toward comparable support for a deserving recipient.

Recipient selection

LifeLex coordinates support based on assessed need and the support available. Supporters cannot select an individual recipient, and recipient identities remain confidential.

Nature of the support

MoveMinds is a wellness product intended to support relaxation and everyday well-being. It is not a medical treatment and is not a replacement for professional medical care or therapy. Nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim.
