LifeLex collects only the information supporters choose to share when confirming a contribution: a name, the amount contributed, the package selected, a transaction reference and contact details. Each of these fields is optional except the amount and the package.

How we use your information

We use it to match your contribution to the sponsorship you selected, to keep records of contributions and sponsorships, and to reply to you if you asked us to. We do not sell or rent supporter information.

Payment information

Payments are made directly through your own banking or wallet application. LifeLex never asks for, stores or processes banking credentials, card numbers, OTP codes or PINs. Please never share them with anyone.

Recipient privacy

Information about sponsored individuals and families is treated as confidential. We share stories and updates only where consent has been given and privacy can be protected.
